Why Forge & Flow

Not a big box. Not a cult.

We opened in a former cotton warehouse on Weaver Row because we wanted a gym we would actually want to train in ourselves.

That means real coaching in every class, a strength floor with proper racks and calibrated plates, and a yoga studio that smells of wood rather than rubber. It also means nobody shouting at you, no contracts that trap you, and no pressure to buy shakes on the way out.

Our members are designers, nurses, students, retired teachers and a surprising number of people from the flats across the canal. Ages 18 to 71 at the last count.
