Boiler showing an error code, losing pressure or making a racket? Our vans carry the common parts for most makes, so nine times out of ten we fix it there and then.

We charge a fixed diagnosis fee, then give you the repair price before we pick up a spanner. If it is not worth fixing, we will tell you honestly.

Annual servicing that keeps your warranty valid

Most boiler warranties need a yearly service. We clean, check and test the boiler, flue and controls, and leave a full report. We send you a reminder each year so you do not have to remember.

Landlords get a CP12 gas safety certificate on the same day, emailed as a PDF for your agent.
