Boiler fitted in a day, spotless work. Tom even hoovered the airing cupboard before he left. The new combi is so quiet.

No heating on a Sunday with a newborn in the house. Called at 9am and Priya had it running by lunchtime. Fair price too.

They quoted, they turned up when they said, and the bill matched the quote to the penny. That is rarer than it should be.

Radiators upstairs were cold at the top for years. One powerflush later and the whole house heats up in half the time.

Got three quotes for a combi conversion. Brightwell were not the cheapest, but they explained everything and the work is so neat.

Annual service, booked by text, on time, friendly and quick. The reminder each year is handy because I would forget otherwise.
