A boiler rarely breaks at a convenient time. If you would rather not pay in one go, we can offer monthly payments over a period that suits you, subject to status. We will show you the monthly cost and the total cost on your quote, side by side with the price for paying in full.
There is no obligation, and paying in full is always fine too. You pay nothing until your boiler is fitted and working.

If you have a hot water cylinder and loft tanks, you probably have a regular boiler. A cylinder but no loft tanks usually means a system boiler. No cylinder at all means a combi. At the survey we check your water flow and how many bathrooms you have, then recommend the simplest option that will keep up.
For a like for like combi swap, yes, almost always. Conversions and moves take two days. We will tell you at the survey and you will have hot water overnight either way.
Not always. If your radiators heat evenly and the water runs clear, a chemical flush is enough and is included. If there is a lot of sludge, a powerflush protects your new boiler and we include it in the conversion and regular boiler packages.
For some homes, yes. It depends on your insulation, radiators and space for a cylinder. We are happy to talk it through honestly at the survey, and we will not push you either way.
Parts and labour on the boiler itself for ten years, as long as it has a service every year. We register it for you on the day of fitting.
