Most of our work happens in your home, but you are welcome to pop in to look at boilers and controls or pick up paperwork.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge a call out fee?
No. You pay a fixed diagnosis fee of £95, which includes the first 30 minutes of work. Many small repairs are finished within that time.
How quickly can you get to me in an emergency?
For burst pipes, leaks and no heating in winter, we aim to be with you within two hours, and often much quicker in north and west Leeds.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes, every engineer who works on gas appliances is Gas Safe registered and carries their ID card. You are welcome to check it when they arrive.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer once the job is finished. For new boilers and bathrooms we take a small deposit to order parts, and you can spread the cost of a new boiler if you prefer.
Do you work with landlords and letting agents?
Yes. We look after a few hundred rental homes in Leeds, with yearly reminders for certificates and direct invoicing to agents.
