Good to know

Questions about our bread.

How long does sourdough keep?

Three to four days in a bread bag or wrapped in a tea towel, cut side down. It also freezes beautifully: slice it first and toast straight from frozen.

Can you slice my loaf?

Yes, just ask at the counter or tick the box when you order for collection. We slice thick or thin.

Do you have gluten free options?

Our brownie is made without flour, but as we bake with wheat all day we can’t promise anything is free from traces of gluten.

What happens to leftover bread?

Anything left at closing goes to a local food bank or goes half price at the counter after 2pm. Very little goes to waste.
