What to expect
What you can expect from us.
A short list of things we can show you, rather than promises we cannot back up.
We ship our own products
Our portfolio is software we built for ourselves and put on sale. We deal with real users, app reviews and support tickets, the same as you will.
One price, agreed up front
A written scope and fixed quote within 2 working days of our call. If the scope changes, you see the cost before anything is built.
You own it all
Source code, designs, domains, hosting and store accounts sit in your name from day one. No lock-in and no licence fees to us.
AI where it earns its place
We use AI to speed up our own work and build it into products where it saves real time, with checks so people can trust the output.
Plain English, every week
A weekly update and a test build you can try. You always know what has been done, what is next and what is blocked.
UK company, GDPR-aware
Data handling is planned in from the first workshop, not added at the end.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code lives in a repository in your name, and the hosting, domains, analytics and App Store and Google Play accounts are set up under your business. When the project ends, you can take it to another team or bring it in-house without asking us for anything.
How long does an app take to build?
It depends on scope. A focused first version usually takes a few months from discovery to launch; larger platforms take longer. A launch sprint can produce a working prototype much sooner. Your quote includes a timeline with milestones, and we tell you early if anything puts it at risk.
Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?
Yes. We prepare the listings, screenshots, privacy details and review notes, submit the app, and respond to any questions from Apple or Google reviewers. The developer accounts are registered to your business so the apps stay yours.
Can you work with our existing system?
Usually, yes. We regularly connect to accounting, booking, payment and CRM systems through their APIs, and can work with your existing database or codebase. During discovery we check what your current systems allow and tell you plainly if something is not possible.
How do we start?
Send us a short brief using the enquiry form. We reply to arrange a call, then send a written scope and fixed quote within 2 working days of that call. If you are happy, we agree a start date and begin with discovery.
Ready when you are.
A few lines is enough to start. We reply to arrange a call, then send a written scope and one price.
