Common questions
How do I change country?
Tap the country button at the top of the home screen and choose another country. Your progress is kept separately for each country.
What is free?
20 practice questions in total, shared across all countries, and the first chapter of study notes for every country. Mock tests and the other chapters need the subscription.
How much does it cost?
One monthly subscription unlocks all 12 countries. The app shows the price in your local currency before you buy. New subscribers may get a 3-day free trial; the subscription screen says whether it applies to you.
How do I cancel?
On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
I already subscribed. How do I unlock the app on a new phone?
Open the subscription screen and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you subscribed with.
What does Reset all progress do?
In About and privacy, Reset all progress deletes your scores, mistakes and mock test history for every country on this device. Your chosen country, your settings and the count of free questions used are kept.
Will the app make sure I pass?
No. It is an independent study aid, not affiliated with any government, and it cannot guarantee a pass. Test rules, questions, answers and office holders change, so always check the official source for your country.
