Skyport privacy policy
Skyport is an airport management game. It has no accounts, no adverts, no tracking and no purchases inside the game, and it never sends your game or anything about you to us.
Who we are
Skyport is made by TFY Apps, the trading name of TFYDJC Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17532068, registered office 198 West End Lane, London NW6 1SG. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us about privacy at info@tfyapps.com.
What stays on your device
The game saves your progress and settings only on your device, in its own storage, so you can carry on where you left off. We never receive them. Starting a new game replaces the save, and deleting the game deletes it.
The game does not ask for your name, email address, age or location, and does not use the camera, microphone, contacts or photos.
Fonts from Google
To show its typefaces, the game loads fonts from Google Fonts, a service of Google, when it starts. When it does, your device connects to Google's servers, which receive your internet address and device or browser details, as with any website you visit. Google receives nothing about your game. Google may process this information outside the UK, including in the United States, under its own privacy policy and safeguards. We use this to make the game look right, which is in our legitimate interest. The game works without these fonts if you are offline.
Our website and server
The game never contacts our server. Our server only hears from you if you open one of our web pages (such as this policy or the support page). Like any web server, it records the internet address of the device, the time, the page requested and the browser type, so we can keep the service secure and working, which is in our legitimate interest. These logs are deleted after 14 days. The Skyport pages on our website set no cookies, load no analytics and load nothing from other websites.
Our server is hosted by Amazon Web Services in its Stockholm data centre in Sweden, as our service provider. Sweden is covered by the UK's adequacy regulations.
If you email us
If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply and to help you, which is in our legitimate interest and yours. We delete the conversation once it is no longer needed.
Who we share information with
Only Amazon Web Services, which runs our server for us, and Google, which serves the fonts as described above. We never sell information and never share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Children
Skyport is a cartoon management game that children may enjoy, so we keep it to the standard of the UK Age Appropriate Design Code (the Children's Code): no accounts, no adverts, no profiling, no chat and no purchases inside the game. If you are a parent or carer and think your child has emailed us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. From the game itself we hold nothing about you; if you have emailed us, we hold that email. Contact info@tfyapps.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top, and if a change affects what the game does with information we will update this page before that version is released.
