Neon Mini Games privacy policy

Neon Mini Games is a collection of party games for 1 to 4 players on one device. It collects no personal information. There are no accounts, no adverts, no analytics, no tracking and no in-app purchases, and the game never sends anything from your device to us or to anyone else.

Who we are

Neon Mini Games is made by TFY Apps, the trading name of TFYDJC Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17532068, registered office 198 West End Lane, London NW6 1SG. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us about privacy at info@tfyapps.com.

What stays on your device

The game saves your settings, tickets, trophies, wardrobe choices, scores, daily challenge results and the avatars you make (their names and looks) on your device only, so they are there the next time you play. We cannot see them. Deleting the app removes them.

Names you type for avatars are checked on your device by a simple family friendly word filter and are never sent anywhere. You do not need to use a real name.

The game does not use the camera, microphone, contacts, photos or your location. The Android version does not even ask for permission to use the internet.

Tilt controls

If you switch on tilt controls in Settings, the game reads how your device is tilted while you play Jelly Express, to move your tray. Your phone may ask your permission first. The tilt is used at that moment only and is never stored or sent anywhere.

Sharing a score

If you tap Share score, the game hands a short line of text (the date, the game and your score) to your device's share sheet or copies it to the clipboard. You choose where it goes. Nothing is sent by the game itself.

Buying the game

Neon Mini Games is paid for once when you download it, through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google take the payment and handle your details under their own privacy policies; we never receive your card details, name or email address. There are no in-app purchases: tickets are earned by playing and cannot be bought.

Our website and server

The game never contacts our server. Our server only hears from you if you open one of our web pages (such as this policy or the support page). Like any web server, it records the internet address of the device, the time, the page requested and the browser type, so we can keep the service secure and working, which is in our legitimate interest. These logs are deleted after 14 days. The Neon Mini Games pages on our website set no cookies, load no analytics and load nothing from other websites.

Our server is hosted by Amazon Web Services in its Stockholm data centre in Sweden, as our service provider. Sweden is covered by the UK's adequacy regulations, so no other safeguards are needed.

If you email us

If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply and to help you, which is in our legitimate interest and yours. We delete the conversation once it is no longer needed.

Who we share information with

Nobody, apart from Amazon Web Services, which runs our server for us, and Apple or Google for your purchase. We never sell information and never share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Children

Neon Mini Games is suitable for all ages and is made to be played by families, including children, so we designed it to follow the UK Age Appropriate Design Code (the Children's Code): high privacy by default, no profiling, no adverts, no in-app purchases, no chat, no sharing with other players online and no links out of the game. If you are a parent or carer and think your child has emailed us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. From the game itself we hold nothing about you; if you have emailed us, we hold that email. Contact info@tfyapps.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top, and if a change affects what the game does with information we will update this page before that version is released.
