Medborgarskapsprov Pass privacy policy
Medborgarskapsprov Pass helps you prepare for Sweden's citizenship test (medborgarskapsprov). It has no adverts, no analytics, no tracking and no accounts, and it works without the internet. This page explains the little we do handle.
Who we are
Medborgarskapsprov Pass is made by TFY Apps, the trading name of TFYDJC Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17532068, registered office 198 West End Lane, London NW6 1SG. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us about privacy at info@tfyapps.com.
What stays on your phone
Your answers, scores, mistakes to review and mock test history are saved only on your phone or tablet. We never receive them. Deleting the app, or using Reset all progress in the app, deletes them.
The app does not ask for your name, email address, nationality, immigration status or any other personal detail, and it does not use your location, camera, microphone or contacts.
Subscriptions
The app is free to download and starts with a 3-day free trial. After the trial, full access needs a monthly subscription bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google take the payment and handle your payment details under their own privacy policies; we never see your card details, name or email address.
The app checks whether your subscription is active using the purchase records Apple or Google keep on your phone. We do not use any other company for subscriptions, and we never receive your purchase details.
Report a mistake
If you choose to use Report a mistake on a question, we receive what you type, which question it is about, the language you are using and the app version. There is no name, account or device identifier. We automatically remove anything that looks like an email address or phone number, but please do not include personal details. We use reports only to check and correct our questions, which is in our legitimate interest and yours. Reports are stored on our server and deleted within 12 months.
Our website and server
Our server only hears from the app when you send a mistake report or open one of our web pages (such as this one). Like any web server, it records the internet address of the device, the time, the page or request and the browser or app type, so we can keep the service secure and working. These logs are deleted after 14 days. The Medborgarskapsprov Pass pages on our website set no cookies, load no analytics and load nothing from other websites.
Our server is hosted by Amazon Web Services in its Stockholm data centre in Sweden, as our service provider.
If you email us
If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply and to help you, and we delete the conversation once it is no longer needed.
Who we share information with
Only our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), who works for us under contract, and Apple or Google for purchases. We never sell information and never share it with advertisers, data brokers or government bodies, except where the law requires us to.
Children
Medborgarskapsprov Pass is for adults preparing for Sweden's citizenship test (medborgarskapsprov). It is not designed for children.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. Email info@tfyapps.com. Because we do not hold names or accounts, we may not be able to tell which reports are yours, and we will tell you if so. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Det som stannar på din enhet
Dina svar, resultat, fel och provtest sparas bara på din telefon eller surfplatta. Vi får aldrig del av dem. Om du raderar appen eller väljer ”Radera framsteg” raderas de. Appen frågar inte efter namn, e-postadress, medborgarskap, uppehållsstatus eller andra personuppgifter, och den använder inte plats, kamera, mikrofon eller kontakter.
Prenumeration
En del av appen är gratis. Resten låses upp med en månadsprenumeration som du köper i Apples App Store eller Google Play. Apple eller Google hanterar betalningen; vi ser aldrig dina kortuppgifter, ditt namn eller din e-postadress.
Rapportera ett fel
Om du väljer att rapportera ett fel i en fråga får vi din text, vilken fråga det gäller, språket och appversionen, utan namn, konto eller enhets-id. Vi tar automatiskt bort allt som ser ut som en e-postadress eller ett telefonnummer. Vi använder rapporterna bara för att granska och rätta våra frågor (berättigat intresse, artikel 6.1 f i GDPR) och raderar dem inom 12 månader.
Webbplats och server
Vår server hör bara från appen när du rapporterar ett fel eller öppnar en av våra webbsidor. Då loggas IP-adress, tid, sida och typ av webbläsare eller app för att hålla tjänsten säker. Loggarna raderas efter 14 dagar. Våra webbsidor använder inga kakor och ingen analys. Servern drivs av Amazon Web Services i Stockholm.
Vilka vi delar med
Bara med de tjänsteleverantörer som nämns (Amazon Web Services) och Apple eller Google vid köp. Vi säljer aldrig uppgifter och delar dem inte med annonsörer, datamäklare eller myndigheter, utom när lagen kräver det.
Dina rättigheter
Du har rätt till tillgång, rättelse, radering, begränsning, dataportabilitet och att invända. Skriv till info@tfyapps.com. Eftersom vi inte sparar namn eller konton kan vi kanske inte se vilka rapporter som är dina. Du kan också klaga hos Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (imy.se) eller brittiska Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
