Indfødsretsprøven Pass privacy policy
Indfødsretsprøven Pass helps you prepare for Denmark's citizenship test (indfødsretsprøven). It has no adverts, no analytics, no tracking and no accounts, and it works without the internet. This page explains the little we do handle.
Who we are
Indfødsretsprøven Pass is made by TFY Apps, the trading name of TFYDJC Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17532068, registered office 198 West End Lane, London NW6 1SG. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us about privacy at info@tfyapps.com.
What stays on your phone
Your answers, scores, mistakes to review and mock test history are saved only on your phone or tablet. We never receive them. Deleting the app, or using Reset all progress in the app, deletes them.
The app does not ask for your name, email address, nationality, immigration status or any other personal detail, and it does not use your location, camera, microphone or contacts.
Subscriptions
The app is free to download and starts with a 3-day free trial. After the trial, full access needs a monthly subscription bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google take the payment and handle your payment details under their own privacy policies; we never see your card details, name or email address.
The app checks whether your subscription is active using the purchase records Apple or Google keep on your phone. We do not use any other company for subscriptions, and we never receive your purchase details.
Report a mistake
If you choose to use Report a mistake on a question, we receive what you type, which question it is about, the language you are using and the app version. There is no name, account or device identifier. We automatically remove anything that looks like an email address or phone number, but please do not include personal details. We use reports only to check and correct our questions, which is in our legitimate interest and yours. Reports are stored on our server and deleted within 12 months.
Our website and server
Our server only hears from the app when you send a mistake report or open one of our web pages (such as this one). Like any web server, it records the internet address of the device, the time, the page or request and the browser or app type, so we can keep the service secure and working. These logs are deleted after 14 days. The Indfødsretsprøven Pass pages on our website set no cookies, load no analytics and load nothing from other websites.
Our server is hosted by Amazon Web Services in its Stockholm data centre in Sweden, as our service provider.
If you email us
If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply and to help you, and we delete the conversation once it is no longer needed.
Who we share information with
Only our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), who works for us under contract, and Apple or Google for purchases. We never sell information and never share it with advertisers, data brokers or government bodies, except where the law requires us to.
Children
Indfødsretsprøven Pass is for adults preparing for Denmark's citizenship test (indfødsretsprøven). It is not designed for children.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. Email info@tfyapps.com. Because we do not hold names or accounts, we may not be able to tell which reports are yours, and we will tell you if so. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Det, der bliver på din enhed
Dine svar, resultater, fejl og prøvetests gemmes kun på din telefon eller tablet. Vi modtager dem aldrig. Hvis du sletter appen eller vælger "Slet fremskridt" i appen, slettes de. Appen spørger ikke om dit navn, din e-mailadresse, nationalitet, opholdsstatus eller andre personoplysninger, og den bruger ikke placering, kamera, mikrofon eller kontakter.
Abonnement
En del af appen er gratis. Resten låses op med et månedligt abonnement, som du køber i Apples App Store eller Google Play. Apple eller Google håndterer betalingen; vi ser aldrig dine kortoplysninger, dit navn eller din e-mailadresse.
Meld en fejl
Hvis du vælger at melde en fejl i et spørgsmål, modtager vi din tekst, hvilket spørgsmål det drejer sig om, sproget og appversionen, uden navn, konto eller enheds-id. Vi fjerner automatisk alt, der ligner en e-mailadresse eller et telefonnummer. Vi bruger meldingerne kun til at kontrollere og rette vores spørgsmål (legitim interesse, GDPR artikel 6, stk. 1, litra f) og sletter dem inden for 12 måneder.
Hjemmeside og server
Vores server hører kun fra appen, når du melder en fejl eller åbner en af vores websider. Da logges IP-adresse, tidspunkt, side og browser- eller apptype for at holde tjenesten sikker. Loggene slettes efter 14 dage. Vores websider bruger ingen cookies og ingen analyse. Serveren drives af Amazon Web Services i Stockholm (Sverige).
Hvem vi deler med
Kun med de nævnte leverandører (Amazon Web Services) og Apple eller Google ved køb. Vi sælger aldrig oplysninger og deler dem ikke med annoncører, datamæglere eller myndigheder, medmindre loven kræver det.
Dine rettigheder
Du har ret til indsigt, berigtigelse, sletning, begrænsning, dataportabilitet og indsigelse. Skriv til info@tfyapps.com. Da vi ikke gemmer navne eller konti, kan vi muligvis ikke se, hvilke meldinger der er dine. Du kan også klage til Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk) eller til det britiske Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
